The Best Gaming Chairs in 2023 Review

And a chair needs to give stylish aft support for your size frame, and perhaps consult a croaker in case you need extra-special support. While you could always go for the cheap gaming chair and this chair is worth saving up for. Go on, treat your posterior to something special and your body will thank you.

Best Gaming Chairs:

1. Secretlab Titan Evo 2023

Secretlab Titan Evo 2023
 Secretlab Titan Evo 2023

Specifications Seat Type: Racing back, leveled seat base Recline: 165 degrees Weight Capacity: Up to 180 kg (397 lbs, XL size only) Weight: 37.5 kg (83 lbs) Warranty: 3 year
Reasons To Buy + Magnetic cushions and covers + Very comfortable Everything we want in a gaming chair feature-wise
Reasons to Avoid - Pricier than older Secretlab chairs 3 year warranty is not a match for some ergo chairs

The Secretlab Titan is the criterion by which we consider all other gaming chairs. It ticked all the boxes one could ask of gaming furniture because it is comfy, supportive, and great looking. Nothing has changed with the new Secretlab Titan Evo 2022, regardless of a few great new features to keep ahead of the pack.

Instead of strolling old ground, let's get right into the latest stuff. This time Secretlab is presenting the new Titan Evo 2022 to a greater audience with three new sizes of the Titan Evo 2022 available. These are small, regular, and extra large. Then you will no longer need to see a different model of chair to find the right fit. The Titan Evo 2022 covers most bases.

Comparatively, Secretlab has added a minor curve to the seat base to keep you in a healthy sitting posture. It is tough to tell whether such a gentle curvature is actually accomplishing enough to keep me locked securely in one place throughout the whole day. Well, the seat is plenty comfortable with plenty of foam padding.

The user-friendly ergonomics of Titan Evo 2022 are a great fit for long nights of gaming. It is also helpful for eight hours of tapping away for work because of its superb built-in back support. It is highly adjustable so that you can nail down a great fit easily. It also includes 4D armrests, comfortable seat rest, and a magnetic head cushion. You read that right, it is a simple solution to fiddly straps. Titan Evo 2022 accomplishes all that with a couple of powerful magnets.

“You can tweak the Titan Evo's lumbar support while you are still sitting on it”

An innovative feature of the Titan Evo is adjustable lumbar support that offers a pretty neat system. It works by extending and renouncing internal support both in and out and over and down, through the use of the two dials on the side. Instead of using an awkward pillow to support your back, you can compress the Titan Evo's lumbar support while sitting on it. This makes it incredibly easy to get just right.
The chairs are also upholstered ideally. While there is still a commodity to be said for the SoftWeave Plus fabric we have rated stylish for continuity and comfort all these times, I've to say I am relatively taken with the look of the leatherette, and especially the bright red stitching.

I will have to get back to you on factual continuity when I have had longer with the chairs, maybe when the Titan Evo 2024 comes out I can tell you if it truly stands the test of time. Still, I can note how unexpectedly airy and cool the leatherette fabric feels over the course of a day, and it clearly looks absolutely stunning.

As an admixture of both Titan and Omega gaming chairs, the Secretlab Titan Evo 2022 feels better than both in every regard. Each chair has done so well, but the Titan Evo 2022 manages to equal or better. It is a little pricier than its prototypes at $449 for the XL model. But according to me the upgrades it delivers are genuinely worth the higher price tag.

2. Secretlab Omega

Secretlab Omega

Specifications Seat Type: Racing seat Recline: 165 degrees Weight Capacity: 109 kg (240 lbs) Weight: 30 kg (66 lbs) Warranty: 3 year
Reasons To Buy + Velour memory foam pillows Versatile tilt mechanism
Reasons to Avoid - Pricier than older Secretlab chairs 3 year warranty is not a match for some ergo chairs

I understand the Secretlab Omega is not a mattress but you have to bear with me. While purchasing mattresses, people are inclined to spend a little bit more on quality. That is because they know they'll be spending a sizable portion of the 24- hour day laying in it. However, gamers have that same intelligence when it comes to provisioning their PC setup with a chair If the recent affluence of gaming chairs manufacturers is any suggestion.

The Secretlab Omega is one of the considerably neatly assembled chairs. While it has largely been replaced by the Titan Evo 2022. The higher price tag of those chairs might see Omega remain a popular option for those looking to save cash.
Secretlab has used some of the most suitable materials available from the casters to the base, the lifting medium, armrests, and seat back. The Omega was upgraded with Secretlab's 2020 series of refinements. The improvements include premium metal in the armrest mechanism for making it silky smooth to adjust, and durable. Also adding the company's ridiculously long-lasting PU Leather 2.0.

"So comfortable that we could completely repose the chair and take a nap"

The chair features high-quality, cold-cured foam to provide support. At first, it feels a little firm but gets more comfortable after extended use. The Omega looms from the crowd with its velour memory foam lumbar and head cushions. These are very comfy that we could fully repose the chair to take a nap quickly. Though that is not a great look in the office. If you want a long-lasting chair to treat your body well then choose Secretlab Omega.

You may not allocate as much of your rig budget as you would to a nice graphics card. However, the most useful chairs for gaming can smoothly outlast your parts and endure a decade or more.

The Omega is an incredibly hard and sturdy piece of foam built to last. The seat pillow feels just like it did when it was new although we have spent several months in the Secretlab Omega. The one flaw of this seat is that it sacrifices some of its softness to support heavy usage over the years.

The formula of Secretlab is not-so-secret formula for success that involves cutting out the third party. The company sells directly to customers rather than dealing with retailers and distributors. This allows it to pass its savings on and offer a premium product at a very reasonable price. It also removes at least one extra shipping trip from the equation, reducing the likelihood of damaged goods.

3. Logitech G x Herman Miller Embody

Logitech G x Herman Miller Embody

Specifications Seat Type: Task chair Material: Multi-layer fabric Seat Height: 17 - 22 inch Weight Capacity: 136 kg (300 lbs) Weight: 23 kg (51 lbs) Warranty: 12 year
Reasons To Buy + Stimulates blood and oxygen flow + Unrivaled back support 12 year/24 hr use warranty
Reasons to Avoid - Jaw Droppingly expensive compared to most No headrest to speak of

Maybe you've heard of the Herman Miller Embody. It enthralled a top position in our stylish office chairs roundup for a long time, but that has come to an end. Not for lack of comfort or sun, but simply because the celebrated chairs manufacturer has partnered up with Logitech to produce a commodity knitter- made for our gaming rumps.

For the utmost part, the Herman Miller x Logitech G Embody actually is not a complete departure from the Embody of old. If you are going for a heavier look than a tested, broadly honored design is also available that comes in a new black and blue color.  There is also a small Logitech G brand toggle on the reverse, which does not serve any purpose that I know of, and a Logitech G totem across the upper band of the backrest.
I am not sure the Logitech collab is conveying a lot to the party however the branding is especially light touch next to the racing-style gaming chairs that we are used to as PC gamers. It feels majestic as a result.

These changes do not make the Embody considered one of the most stylish gaming chairs. It's what has been kept the same. The tried and tested Embody design is simply one of the stylish chairs for office work or gaming. It's incredibly comfortable over dragged use, supports an active and healthy posture, and is fluently fitted to your frame.

"The chair was completely assembled so there was no fussing with screws or throwaway tools"

Yet I was not sure what to predict of the Embody before it arrived. I had not predicted such a huge box turning up on my doorstep. First impressions, fully concentrated on how I was going to get said box up two flights of narrow steps directed up to my flat.

That massive box hides what's maybe one of Herman Miller's stylish features. After deciding that I had to cut the chairs out of the box with a cutter in my hallway. I discovered the chairs were completely assembled so there was no fussing with screws, which is a commodity of a pet peeve of mine. I am collecting third-rate Allen keys from cheap flatpack cabinet work, and I can not help but feel there has got to be a better way.

The most instantly evident specificity of these chairs is that you can sit in them all day and not feel a moment of distress beneath your tush. You may shift around your top half into all feathers of absolutely not ergonomic positions during the day. But your bottom half usually remains stuck in place at a desk. That is why it is important to get that just right. Thankfully, the Embody does.

The warranty is also a standout feature. At 12 years, labor, and rated for 24-hour use over that time. It is a chair that is guaranteed to last you for over a decade. While the initial price tag may seem steep. The reality is that you are certain to get your money's worth in the long run. Then, your back will be grateful for it too.

4) Neue Chair

Neue Chair

Specifications Seat Type: Task chair Recline: 85 to 130 degrees Weight Capacity: 108 kg (240 lbs) Weight: 29 kg (64 lbs) Warranty: 12 year
Reasons To Buy + Stimulates blood and oxygen flow + Unrivaled back support 12 year/24 hr use warranty
Reasons to Avoid Uninspiring design does not scream high-end

Neue Chair is an excellent option if you are the kind of person who prioritizes functionality over flash. This is not to say it's not swish, quite the contrary. NeueChair comes in a satiny, muted obsidian or tableware, both with bold, sweet twisted supports on the reverse and a seductive black mesh.

But, more importantly, the NeueChair is erected to last, with a heavy, sturdy artificial construction. Indeed the chairs' weight in the packaging indicates a solid piece of precisely constructed artificial art; it's heavy and substantial.
Assembling it's a breeze, as it comes in two separate pieces. It is simply a matter of fitting the casters and also pushing the two corridors together. Almost every element of the seat is shapeable. Like from the armrests to the lumbar support system to change the height and depth of the backrest.

It is one of the most stylish office chairs I have ever had the pleasure to sit in. If you can go with the steep price label then it's well worth the investment.

5) Andaseat Kaiser 3 XL

Andaseat Kaiser 3 XL

Specifications Seat Type: Racing seat Recline: 90 - 165 degrees Weight Capacity: 180 kg (397 lbs) Weight: 34 kg ( 75 lbs) Warranty: 6 year
Reasons To Buy + Adjustable lumbar support + 4D armrest Large seat size
Reasons to Avoid Placement of the lumbar support knobs is not ideal
The Kaiser 3 XL is a wonderful chair for anyone who wants a little more swish room than your typical gaming seat. The Kaiser 3 comes in two sizes which include large and extra large. The large (L) accommodates gamers 4’11 to 6’2’’ (150-190 cm). On the other hand, the extra large (XL) is for gamers 5’11” to 6’9”. The one I have the pleasure of experiencing is an extra large.

The breadth of the redundant large is for medium to XXXL. So whether you have a gluteus maximus or a gluteus minimus these chairs will fit.

The Kaiser 3 is really into giving options. These chairs are available in two types of accouterments, PVC leather, and linen fabric. The ultra-expensive leather comes in seven different colors, including orange, pink and blue. The linen fabric comes in two colors; carbon dark and ash gray. The chairs I have been testing are the PVC leather elegant dark which resembles Jungle 2. The Jungle 2 is seen with orange accentuations.

All of these effects are cool, right? It’s great that the Kaiser 3 reclines to 165 degrees, it has two regulators, one controls the tilt, and the other controls the height of the chairs, raising it about three elevations. All of these effects are great for comfort.

"The armrests are glamorous and are made of PU foam which makes them easy to lean on"

What I really want to get into is a really cool feature of the Kaiser 3 that counts on ultimate comfort like the 4D armrests. Just like the Secretlab Titan Evo chairs we love, the armrests are glamorous. These are made of PU foam which makes them easy to lean on. There are three buttons on the armrest. The first one is placed on the outside of the armrest and controls its height. The second button is on the inside of the chairs near the tip of the armrest allowing it to go forward and backward and pivot from left to right. The last button located underneath the armrest moves it from left to right.

I love a 4D armrest, mostly when the chair reclines backward and tilts forward because it allows me to acclimate the armrest for the position I am sitting in. Nothing makes me more nervous than swinging elbows. It's like leaving your bottom hanging off the bed at night.

You just know some item is going to catch it.

Continuing with the glamorous theme is the neck pillow, another astral point. This bone is a game changer, I can’t indeed lie. I'm amazed at this glamorous neck pillow. That means no strips, no floundering to crop it through the backrest. BAM! Affront that baby on the chairs like you’re in a Flex Tape recording marketable and it stays. Beyond it being a really cool point, it is helpful if you're shorter than the 5 ’ 11 ” that’s recommended for these chairs because it’s fluently malleable further over or down on the chairs.

It is glamorous and doesn't take away from its comfort, moreover. The neck pillow is made with memory foam and has cooling technology to maintain comfort.

Notice anything missing? Perhaps a lumbar support pillow. That’s the cool thing! There's no lumbar support pillow, but there's lumbar support erected into the chairs. And controlled by two clumps placed on the left and right sides of the chairs.

As far as availability goes, they are not placed in stylish positions. But the clump on the left controls the lumbar support moving up and down. It is a great function depending on your height. The clump on the right side of the chairs determines the firmness of the lumbar support and how important it protrudes out of the chairs. When I turn the clump toward me I get further lumbar support. The lumbar support recedes into the chairs when I turn it down from me. Neat.

Seriously, I can sit in this all day. Plus there’s a point being released in June, a glamorous charger table panel that snaps into the armrest. A movable office sounds tip, well a lot further than a gaming high chair, which it also looks like.

6) Noblechairs Hero

Noblechairs Hero

Specifications Seat Type: Racing seat Recline: 90 - 135 degrees Weight Capacity: 150 kg (330 lbs) Weight: 28 kg (62 lbs) Warranty: 2 year
Reasons To Buy + Great for lumbar support + Ideal for large frames Has a firm seat and back-rest
Reasons to Avoid - A bit firm for comfort - Armrests could be comfier
When buying gaming chairs, it is easy to forget your health. After all, most chairs are announced as elegant, gentled thrones that ease your every discomfort. But that is not true. For some, it is important to select a chair that takes back support seriously.

With some of the crew having used it daily for nearly a time, we can completely recommend the Noblechairs Hero in uPVC leather. While not the most instigative of chairs, or the best, it does a good job of taking care of your reverse.

The Hero is easy to assemble. Excluding the part where you have to attach the reverse to the seat. Make sure you have a chum for that. It is firm and probative, and extremely sturdy. As a word of advice, it is substantial. So if you prefer a softer chair then that is not a good option for you.

"The unsubstantial existence of the Hero gaming chair is stunning"

The sheer presence of the idol gaming chairs is stunning. The seat's cold- cure pressed froth means it’s establishment yet comfortable. You don’t sink right into it, which helps with posture, and it'll soften over time, but it complements the aesthetic.
I love the rotating armrests, so you can jimmy them out of the way when you want to use a gamepad. They are completely height and range malleable too, which is great for us little people. It has such a wide armrest is great. But I find myself bending on the corner a lot. I would prefer padded armrests because at least they don’t get sticky when you are trying to flex on your favorite horror FPS ballot.

The chair is height malleable, and the backrest has a ' rake medium ’ so you can acclimate the angle with its handbrake-looking gimmick, and a fully independent ‘ lock tilt ’ medium so you can rock freely, or lock yourself nearly horizontally for a good nap if all that deep gaming has tired you out. It also doesn’t spring forward and crushes you when unlocked, which is always nice.

7) Corsair T3 Rush

Corsair T3 Rush

Specifications Seat Type: Racing seat Recline: 90 - 170 degrees Weight Capacity: 120 kg (265lbs) Weight: 23 kg (50lbs) Warranty: 2 years
Reasons To Buy + Breathable soft fabric + 4D armrest + Memory Foam Lumbar Pillow 180 - degree recline
Reasons to Avoid Not for the tall or large-framed

Corsair's latest addition to its lineup of premium gaming chairs is T3 Rush. It has gotten a much-needed facelift. The T3 Rush is an insanely comfy chair thanks to its memory foam lumbar pillow. However, it uses a breathable soft fabric in place of faux leather. It retains less heat, and keeps you fresh and comfy rather than sweating in your squeaky pleather.
I do not have the heart to try it. But my primary concern about a fabric gaming chair is how easily it cleans pigments compared to leather and faux leather. So, it is something to consider, if you are a notorious eater of food and a spiller of liquids at your desk.
Appearance-wise, the Rush tilts more towards office chic than a professional gamer. It comes in gray or black and avoids absurd design choices that might look a little awkward on a work call. It is a chair that looks more expensive ($300) than it is. If you want a little more personality, DXRacer and Secret Labs have many designs and colors.
The Rush also reclines to a ridiculous 180 degrees. If you want to lie back and take a comfy cat nap before taking on another marathon streaming session of Apex Legends.

The only significant downside of the T3 Rush is for smaller-framed users. If you need a smaller seat then T3 will be an uncomfortably tight fit. So, if you are over 6 ft tall or larger than 200 lb then you will need to look elsewhere unless you are buying this for a kid. But, the absence of any fun colors might turn them off.

8) DXRacer Craft Series

DXRacer Craft Series

Specifications Seat Type: Racing seat Recline: 135 degrees Weight Capacity: 113kg (250lbs) Weight: 25.4 kg (56lbs) Warranty: 2 year (accessories), lifetime (frame)
Reasons To Buy + Very comfortable + Bold, attractive design No cracks or groans
Reasons to Avoid - Lack of magnetic headrest - A little pricey Weak warranty length

The DXRacer Craft Series will attract those gamers who want their gaming setup to be further than a dull collection of black objects. There are stacks of colors and designs to choose from, including numerous with surprising cultural faculty and grown-up tastes. The stylish bit is that you do not have to settle for subpar chairs to get the aesthetics nailed down. The DXRacer Craft Series is well-made and comfy.

The design of the DXRacer Craft Series bears a resemblance to a lot of our favorite gaming chairs. It has 4D armrests, lumbar support, a removable head bumper, and two paddles to acclimate the height and whether or not it can slope. Everything works easily, and nothing has terms or scratches. The lumbar support is a nice addition that my former chairs did not have.

"Everything works easily; nothing has terms or scratches"

You can accommodate the chairs as much as you want and it does not feel like it is going to fall piecemeal, which is a boon for a commodity you will presumably enjoy for a time. All of the functions are largely the kinds of effects you will acclimate formerly and leave that way. But it is nice to have the option if you say, play an instrument that requires further room for your arms.

The chairs themselves are covered in PU leather or polyurethane leather. Nothing about the material feels uncomfortable, especially with the froth padding outside, but it's hard to directly tell whether or not it will peel or crack with extended use given my limited testing window. Other gaming chairs constructed with the same material manage to do this. It is a real concern if you want your chairs to look nice numerous times after you have bought them. Generally, you want a commodity that will last longer like mesh fabric.

The whole package does not bring much further than Secretlab's Titan Evo 2022 series that comes with numerous further color options, including ingrained looks like the League of Legends Jinx design. The Secretlab is a better chair, but the DXRacer Craft Series is not so much worse that it's not worth investing in one if you find any of the designs pleasing.

That said, this chair is a bit dearer than we would like for the features on offer. It does not offer the point set of the Secretlab Titan Evo, and it's not relatively as clean-cut, but if you want a commodity with a bit more out-there faculty, this is absolutely an option that will not let you down.

The stylish gaming chairs FAQ

Are gaming chairs actually bad?

Between recent papers about the effects of sitting down on your body and our examination with standing divisions, you might suppose PC Gamer has fallen out of love with the humble chairs.

That couldn't be further from the variety.

We spend a significant period of each day sitting on our chairs in front of screens as gamers and office workers. We usually do not plan to change that anytime soon. It only makes sense to do so with great chairs so that is what I set out to find.

We wanted to find chairs that maximized comfort, support, and value. We spoke with Melissa Afterman, MS CPE, an elderly star Ergonomist with VSI Risk Management & Ergonomics, Inc., who specializes in workstation setups.

She told me that chairs are still okay but sitting too long is bad for you. Realistically speaking, standing too long is just as bad for you as sitting. So the solution to this problem is movement such as taking breaks, getting up at least every hour, moving, changing your position from standing to sitting.

If you are coding and working at the computer then you really want more upright support to maintain a neutral spine posture and let the chairs hold you up. But when you change to a gaming mode then you may want to slope a little bit to relax your lower back. So a locking backrest and some pressure control are important.

Another point to look for is a seat visage slider. This facilitates you to slide the positioning of your butt forwards or backward compared to the backrest.

Are gaming chairs really worth it?

The stylish gaming chairs will complete your PC setup, not just from an aesthetic point of view, but because you'll probably be spending hours sitting in front of your machine, they will give you the support demanded to keep your chin healthy too.

Are gaming chairs better than office chairs?

Nope! You can find good or bad exemplifications of both, and believe us there are plenty. It is said that some office chairs are great for gaming. There are office chairs, like the Herman Miller Embody, that mix the line between both.

Really it's about changing what is right for you, and a lot of the time that is a gaming chair because let's be honest, you like the look of it. That is an impeccably good reason to make that decision, just make sure you are not immolating comfort and ergonomics for style and faculty.
An affordable office chair can be a great pick if you want to save money and enjoy comfort.

Are gaming chairs good for your posture?

The stylish gaming chairs look out for you and your reverse. Lumbar support is essential when it comes to chair design. While purchasing a new gaming chair you should look for erected support for maintaining an ideal posture. These chairs should have multi-adjustable armrests, upholstery, and general style are also important for your body posture.

It is said that a gaming chair can not do everything. Modern gaming chairs facilitate good posture, though the other half of the situation is on you to stick to the chair.

Does every gaming chair fit every body type?

Different chairs models accommodate different heights and weights, so make sure to check your fit. Look at the range and depth of the seat, too. Some chairs claim that you should sit cross-legged, but that depends on your size and legs' length.
